These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Oasis66 platform. By accessing or using any part of oasis66.cam, you agree to be bound by the provisions set out below. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Welcome to Oasis66 (hereinafter referred to as "Oasis66", "we", "us", or "the Platform"). Oasis66 operates the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at oasis66.cam and provides live casino games, sports betting markets, esports wagering, slot games, and related entertainment services to registered users.
These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and Oasis66. By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or making use of any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, including any policies referenced herein, such as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.
These terms apply to all users regardless of their location, though Oasis66 primarily serves players resident in Malaysia. All financial transactions on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated.

Registration and use of the Oasis66 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This age threshold applies to all users regardless of any lower legal gambling age applicable in their jurisdiction. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. Oasis66 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where this requirement cannot be verified.
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the Oasis66 Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual — whether through matching personal details, device fingerprints, payment methods, or IP addresses — Oasis66 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, withhold pending withdrawals, and void any Bonuses associated with those accounts.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name as stated on your official identification document (e.g., MyKad or passport), a valid email address, a valid Malaysian mobile number, and your date of birth. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of this Agreement and grounds for immediate account termination.
Oasis66 does not knowingly accept registrations from individuals residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing or using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Oasis66 accepts no liability for any breach of local laws by users who access the Platform from restricted jurisdictions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. Oasis66 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional security. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility unless you have notified us in writing of unauthorised access.
As part of our compliance obligations, Oasis66 requires all users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals exceeding the minimum threshold. Verification typically requires submission of a government-issued photo identification document (MyKad, passport, or driving licence) and, where applicable, proof of address and source of funds. Oasis66 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon Account closure, any remaining Balance will be refunded to your nominated payment method following standard withdrawal processing times, provided all KYC requirements have been met and no active bonus wagering requirements are outstanding. Oasis66 may retain certain account records as required under applicable data protection and financial regulations.
Oasis66 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Malaysian users: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, Financial Process Exchange (FPX) bank transfers (including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank), and USDT via the TRC20 network. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method. E-wallet transactions are typically processed instantly, while FPX bank transfers may take between 5 and 15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits may require 15 to 30 minutes for network confirmation.
Withdrawal requests are processed during business hours (09:00 – 24:00 MYT) on business days. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: Bronze tier players may expect processing within 24 hours; Silver tier within the same business day; Gold VIP tier within 2 hours. All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. Oasis66 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before releasing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or transactions that exceed standard account activity patterns.
Withdrawals are only permitted to payment methods that have been previously used to deposit funds into the Account, unless otherwise approved by Oasis66 following a formal request. Winnings generated from Bonus funds are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements before withdrawal eligibility is granted. Oasis66 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending completion of any active responsible gambling cooling-off period or self-exclusion.
Any attempt to defraud Oasis66 through unauthorised chargebacks, fraudulent payment instruments, or any other mechanism constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. Oasis66 reserves the right to recover the full value of any fraudulently obtained funds, engage law enforcement authorities, and pursue civil remedies where appropriate. Any Accounts associated with payment fraud will be permanently closed.
Oasis66 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published at the time the promotion is made available. These include, without limitation, minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, wagering requirements, maximum bet per round whilst a bonus is active, time limits, and minimum odds restrictions applicable to sports betting bonuses.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they — and any associated winnings — become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each promotion is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements, while live casino games may contribute between 10% and 15%, and sports betting wagers at odds below 1.50 may not contribute at all.
Oasis66 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, and coordinated abuse involving multiple players. Where bonus abuse is identified, Oasis66 reserves the right to void the bonus and all associated winnings, close the Account, and withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.
Oasis66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a Player has already claimed a bonus and is actively meeting wagering requirements at the time a promotion is modified or withdrawn, the original terms applicable at the time of claiming shall continue to apply to that Player's outstanding wagering obligation.
All casino games available on the Oasis66 Platform utilise certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or live dealer outcomes that are governed by independently audited procedures. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are indicative and reflect theoretical long-term statistical averages, not guaranteed outcomes per session. Oasis66 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, software error, or any other incident that may affect the integrity of a game round or sports betting event, Oasis66 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account Balance. Game outcomes recorded in malfunction states are considered null and void. The phrase "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all games hosted on the Platform.
Sports betting markets on Oasis66 — including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and esports events — are governed by specific market rules that are published within each market. Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable market rules, which may include voiding the wager and returning the stake to the Player's Account.
Oasis66 applies maximum payout limits per bet and per player per day across sports betting and casino games. These limits are published within the relevant game or betting market interface. Oasis66 reserves the right to limit bet sizes and payout amounts for individual Players at its discretion, including for Players who are identified as professional or advantage gamblers.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Oasis66 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the Oasis66 Platform — including but not limited to the Oasis66 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, and game interfaces — is the exclusive intellectual property of Oasis66 or its licensed content providers. No portion of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, adapted, publicly displayed, or otherwise used for commercial or non-commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Oasis66.
Game titles and associated assets made available on the Platform are the intellectual property of the respective game studios and are used under licence. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of game content is prohibited and may result in legal action by the relevant rights holders.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Oasis66, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profit, or interruption of service, even where Oasis66 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Oasis66 makes no warranty — express or implied — that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk.
Oasis66 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account — with or without prior notice — in the event of: a breach of any provision of this Agreement; suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; receipt of a valid self-exclusion or third-party exclusion request; or any other circumstance that Oasis66 deems, in its sole discretion, to warrant such action.
In the event of Account termination for cause (i.e., due to a breach of this Agreement), Oasis66 may withhold the Account Balance pending investigation. Where termination occurs without cause at Oasis66's discretion, all verified funds in the Account Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to KYC completion.
These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Oasis66 operates its services in compliance with the regulations and requirements applicable to its operating jurisdiction. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts as determined by the applicable governing framework.
Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence, including, where applicable, Malaysia's Consumer Protection Act 1999.
Oasis66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, where practicable. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with Section 4.3 above.
